|
||
Body form short and stout. Crown slightly narrower than pronotum. Face slightly longer than wide, and densely decorated with punctate notches, frontoclypeus dilated apically, lora small, ocelli situated about twice as far from midline of head as from eyes. Pronotum declivous onward and bilaterally, striations on pronotum distinctly oblique. Forewing with 2–3 anteapical cells, veins usually spotted with white, appendix narrow.

Aedeagal shaft curved near apex with or without pair of slender processes. Dorsal connective variously armed, articulating against upper margins of pygofer, usually with slender process twisted dorsally from bulbous base. Style parallel-margined and angled on apical third.</paragraph>
