Yellow and slender species. Occiput lacking tomentum on ocellar triangle and on large shining region adjacent to upper part of eye. Postpronotal seta prominent; acrostichals biserial, dorsocentrals uniserial. Mid tibia lacking ventral spines in both sexes, hind femur with 1 subapical row of short posterior spinule-like bristles; hind tibia bearing 2 strong anterodorsal bristles. Vein R2+ 3 strongly arched, R4+ 5 bowed and remarkably divergent from M. Left surstylus long and slender.

||
male (except wing). Body length 2.0 mm, wing length 2.0 mm. Occiput shiny black lacking white tomentum on upper part of frons, on ocellar triangle, on vertex and on large band on upper part of postcranium adjacent to eye, reddish setation, oral margin yellow. Frons broad with divergent sides, width of 1.3 ocellus just above antennae; face tomentose. Two pairs of convergent, somewhat proclinate vertical setae, inner pair longer, outer pair as long as postocular setae; ocellars proclinate, anterior pair convergent, moderately long, not cruciate, posterior pair minute, divergent. Occipitals lacking on vertex. Antenna yellow with reddish yellow setation, arista brown. Pedicel with circlet of subequally minute setae; postpedicel and basal aristomere 1.5 times longer than scape and pedicel combined; arista with long hairs. Palpus pale yellow, somewhat ovate, shorter than proboscis; proboscis yellow.

Scutum rounded, as long as wide, 5.5 times longer than scutellum. Proepisternum bearing 1 seta on upper part, lacking seta just above fore coxa; postpronotal seta prominent; 2 notopleural setae (posterior one longer than anterior); 3 supra-alar setae (anterior one longest, posterior somewhat shorter than anterior); 1 short postalar seta; basal scutellar seta one-third of apical. Acrostichals biserial; dorsocentrals uniserial, distinct from intra-alars, prescutellar seta shorter than apical scutellar.</paragraph>

Legs yellow, all tarsomeres 5 brown; yellow setation, conspicuous bristles reddish yellow. Coxae and trochanters with unmodified setation. Fore femur somewhat thickened, bearing 1 long posteroventral bristle near base, 1 long anterior, 1 posterior and 1 posteroventral shorter subapical bristles. Fore tibia bearing 1 strong posteroventral subapical bristle; fore tarsomere 1 with ventral squamiform setae on apical half. Mid femur bearing 1 long posteroventral bristle near base, 2 ventral rows of bristles (longer near base) and 1 long anterior subapical bristle. Mid tibia with 1 posterior subapical bristle.
