: Three fronto-orbital setae (some missing). Ocellar and postvertical setae thin, slightly longer than tubercle. Interfrontal seta absent. First flagellomere along margin with hairs longer than width of base of arista. One pair of dorsocentral setae, possibly with one smaller pair closely set anteriorly (setae missing and sockets difficult to distinguish). Acrostichal seta not much larger than surrounding setulae. Scutellar setae missing, sockets evident for one apical and one lateral seta.

Body yellow except as follows: first flagellomere white; ocellar tubercle brown; gena and parafacial white; gena and postgena silvery tomentose; back of head with one pair of brown stripes radiating from and fused above foramen; legs light yellow to white; anterior margin of scutum narrowly brown; halter white; epandrium brown; abdomen possibly brown (specimen poorly preserved). Wing clear.

) Annulus well-developed with seventh spiracle free from sclerite. Epandrium relatively shallow, particularly at apex. Cercus small, rounded. Surstylus as long as epandrium, thin, and with small, shallow anterobasal and posterobasal processes; apex angled and with small rounded tubercles along innerventral margin. Ventral lobe of hypandrium absent and bare. Phallapodeme rod-like, well-developed, with ventral shield ending at 2/3 length. Postgonite and basiphallus well-developed. Epiphallus long, hooked, near posterior margin of basiphallus. Pregonite very long, weakly sclerotized, fused to hypandrium and with scattered setulae. Distiphallus half length of phallapodeme, narrow. Paraphallus long, thin, and spinulose dorsally, with base more broadly sclerotized.
