General body coloration black except labrum and mandibles yellow-brown; scape and all antennal flagellomeres (on both sides) brown; pedicel brown, but distally yellow-brown; glossa, maxillary and labial palps, and tegulae yellow. Eyes silver and ocelli reddish (in preserved specimen). Fore and middle legs yellow except coxae, middle femora with a ventral brown strip, and claws brown; hind legs yellow except black coxae, femora completely dark brown, and most of tibia and tarsomeres brown, although basitarsus proximally with a band yellow.
