Forewing length 2.3 mm. Abdominal sternum VII with a very long, thin, mesal spine. Segment VIII closed dorsally, deeply cleft ventrally so the 2 sides of the segment do not touch in the midline. Segment IX relatively long (reaches segment VI), rounded anteriorly. Subgenital plate fused to a process in the midline. Inferior appendages fused in a triangular lobe, very pigmented at the apex. Phallus with a sclerotized spine at the apex.
