Ventrolateral carinae are developed on metasoma IIII and indicated on metasoma IVV, more on metasoma V, dorsolateral carinae are present on metasoma IIV. Ventral carinae of metasoma IIII consist of large granules in one (metasoma IIIII) or two (usually on metasoma I) rows.
