Shell greenish, but all available shells were corroded, therefore the original colour was not visible; shell very slender, rather cylindrical, the last whorl is only very slightly wider than the penultimate one; whorls 7.58 (n=2) in number, moderately bulging, separated by rather deep suture; protoconch consists of 2 whorls, first half whorl is very finely granulated, glossy; remaining whorls very finely, regularly ribbed; teleoconch also finely, regularly ribbed even behind the aperture, where the ribs are the most widely-spaced; ribs very well visible, their back is flat, not sharp, between the ribs very fine, regular spiral lines can be seen; aperture rounded drop-shaped with a conspicuous, sharply angled parietal-palatal transition; the columellar-parietal transition is only smoothly angled; apertural rim white, strongly widened and slightly reflexed; it consists of thinner slimmer inner and a wider outer circle, which are completely connected to each other, the boundary is very slightly visible only from apertural (frontal) view.
