A small to medium sized, slender turriform species with weak sculpture, bulging whorls (deep suture) and very thin apertural margin.

Shell yellowish-greenish, very slender turriform, widest at its base; the 7.258.25 (n=4), very much bulging whorls are separated by deep suture; protoconch consists of 2 whorls, first half whorl is very finely granulated, glossy; the remaining whorls are very finely, regularly ribbed; teleoconch also finely, regularly ribbed without spiral lines; ribs very low, they become less regular on the last half whorl; aperture rounded with very slightly angled columellar-parietal transition and slightly more sharply angled parietal-palatal transition; apertural rim whitish, slightly thickened and usually not, or very slightly reflexed; it consists of a slimmer inner and a wider outer circle; the boundary between them is hardly visible.
