Shell very thin, translucent, yellowish or greenish, spindle-shaped; 6–6.75 (n=3) bulging whorls are separated by deep suture; protoconch consist of about 2 whorls; the sculpture of the first half-first whorl is smooth, finely granulated, than becomes regularly, very finely ribbed; teleoconch is regularly, finely ribbed even on the entire last whorl, no spiral lines visible; ribs normally developed, rather high but flat; on the last quarter of whorl they are sharper; aperture "fat drop-shaped" (columellar-parietal transition smooth, parietal-palatal transition angled), apertural rim slightly thickened and very much reflexed, consists of a weaker, slimmer inner and a wider outer circle; the boundary between the circles is hardly or sometimes not visible; parietal callus normally developed but weaker than the apertural rim; no plicae are visible inside the body whorl.
