Transverse in dorsal view, 2.1× as wide as long and narrower than mesoscutum (27.0:35.0). Temple shiny and indistinctly punctate, constricted. Face relatively shiny, pubescent, inner margin of eyes parallel, transverse, 0.7× as high as wide. Ocelli relatively small, distance between fore and a hind ocellus equal with diameter of an ocellus, posterior imaginary tangent to fore ocellus virtually touching hind two ocelli, POL:OD:OOL=5.0:2.5:4.5. Antenna as long as body, penultimate antennomere subcubic.</paragraph>
<paragraph id="A515832E0E1BAC08FF31AD2DFBDEA0FC" blockId="20.[151,1437,151,1581]" pageId="20" pageNumber="21">Mesosoma. Length:breadth:height=47.5:35.0:34.0. Disc of mesonotum relatively shiny, with silvery pubescence, finely punctate, interspaces not smaller than diameter of punctures. Scutellar sulcus nearly straight, narrow with sparse carinae in between. Scutellum shiny, with shallow sparse punctures. Propodeum dull, with setose macro-punctures anterior-laterally, base of areola punctate-rugulose, posteral-lateral field polished with a few carinae. Mesopleuron highly polished, with shallow setose punctures anteriorly.</paragraph>

T1 subparallel, weakly narrowed posteriorly, 1.3× longer than wide posteriorly, concave at basal third, turned-over part rugose, polished inside the concentric arcs. T2 slightly pointed into T3 medially, with weak concentric arcs as T1, 4.0× wider than long in the middle. T3 1.4× longer than T2. Tergites after T2 shiny, polished, pubescent. Hypopygium not longer than apex of abdomen. Ovipositor sheath 2/3 length of hind tibia, expanding towards apex.</paragraph>

Palpi most dirty yellow, dark brown basally. Flagellum and ovipositor sheath evenly brown. Scape and pedicel mostly yellow. Labrum and mandible dark red. Legs dark brown, except fore femur, hind third of mid femur and all tarsi yellow to yellowish brown. Wing membrane hyaline, vein 1-R1, C+SC+R, r, 2-SR, 2-M and pterostigma brown, other veins pale brown, pterostigma with pale basal spot.</paragraph>
