). Wing expanse 12.0−14.0 mm. Head snowy white, tinged with pale ocherous yellow on neck. Labial palpus snowy white; first segment covered with blackish brown scales dorsally; second segment tinged with pale ocherous brown, denser ventrally; third segment with broad pale ocherous brown band at distal 1/3, acute at apex. Antenna with scape snowy white, covered with pale ocherous brown scales on dorsal surface; pecten whitish yellow, with length about 1.5 times width of scape; flagellum pale ocherous yellow, ringed with white. Thorax and tegula white; thorax horizontally with a band of golden yellow scales near base and near posterior margin respectively, golden yellow apically; tegula tinged with golden yellow basally and distally. Forewing with costal margin gently arched, apex triangular, termen bluntly oblique; ground color pale yellowish brown, paler between fold and dorsum; N-shaped pinkish white pattern running from basal 2/5 of costal margin obliquely outward down to lower angle of cell, then arched obliquely up-outward to end of costal margin, and enlarged triangularly on costal margin, finally obliquely outward and narrowed down to ventro-apex; first stripe edged with black scales and erect greyish brown scale tufts on inner margin, upper corner between first and second stripes with an ill-defined strip, above it set a dirty white dot, second and third stripes both edged with black scales on outer margin; fold with scale tufts near base, at 2/3 and above end; fringe with basal 3/5 golden yellow, distal 2/ 5 greyish white tinged with blackish brown and pink. Hindwing deep grey; fringe greyish yellow. Legs with white basal segment, femur and tibia; tibia tinged with pale ocherous brown; tarsus ocherous brown except snowy white at apex of each segment.

). Uncus broad at base, gradually narrowed to about 2/3, distal 1/3 parallel laterally, apex rounded. Gnathos somewhat beak-like from lateral view, triangular from frontal view, broad at base, narrowed to hooked apex, with granules; lateral arms band-shaped. Valva short and broad, sub-rectangular, apex blunt, more or less sinuate; costa concave at base, gently concave distally; ventral margin triangularly concave beyond end of sacculus, then arched to apex. Sacculus narrow, slightly arched ventrally; distal process triangular, directing downward, about 1/3 width of valva. Vinculum narrowly banded. Saccus inverted trapezoidal, straight on posterior margin, blunt on anterior margin. Juxta H-shaped; anterior margin concave at middle semicircularly; posterior margin widely concave, extending obliquely outward postero-laterally, forming a pair of triangular lobes. Aedeagus stout, tubular, slightly shorter than valva, distal 1/3 narrowed obliquely to rounded apex; cornuti consisting of about six small sclerotized irregular plates.

). Papillae anales setose, rounded caudally. Apophyses posteriores about twice length of apophyses anteriores. Eighth sternite with posterior margin straight, setose, posterior half parallel laterally, anterior half slightly narrowed, anterior margin blunt. Ostium bursae small, triangular, open anteriorly. Antrum rectangular, slightly longer than width. Ductus bursae narrow basally, widened distally, with small sclerotized plates or ridges, granulous in inner wall; ductus seminalis arising from between basal 1/4 and 3/4 of ductus bursae.
