). Collection circumstances: Deiqub cave is situated at the southern foothills of a mountain range, facing Arabian Sea in the south; the area has semidesert character. Arthropods were searched individually in their shelters as well as by sifting litter inside and outside the cave, as well as by sweeping and beating the surrounding shrubs and herbaceous vegetation. The cave is rather distant from nearest settlements, but it is occasionally used for picnics by the local people.
