. Scutum obviously arched in lateral view and strongly sclerotized, scutellum strongly sclerotized. Fore and mid legs short and thin; femora and tibiae of hind legs obviously longer than others with apical part strongly swollen; lengths of five tarsi descending.

Vein C ending nearly at wing tip, vein Sc ending slightly beyond middle of wing. Vein R1 long, ending nearly at apical 1/10 of wing; vein R2+3 very short and sinuous, originating from middle of cell d, ending at apical part of vein R1; R4 present, short; vein R4+5 arising from cell d; vein R5 ending at apex of wing. Crossvein r-m absent. Vein M with 4 branches, vein M3 very short; vein M4, arising from cell bm, and vein M3 converged with a long petiole. Vein CuA, short and curved backward, and vein A1 converged with a very short petiole. Cell sc wide open; mouths of cells r5, m1, m2 nearly equal width; cell m3 closed and sub-rectangular, its length shorter than the apical petiole; cell br obviously longer and wider than cell bm; cell cup closed.</paragraph>
<paragraph id="8BE836E7FFCFFF90AAFAF88FFCD4F842" blockId="2.[151,1436,1417,1963]" pageId="2" pageNumber="481">Abdomen with 9 visible segments. Segment I shortest, sternite I slender and obviously sclerotized; Ovipositor with cerci sclerotized; cercus elongate, somewhat bent upward.</paragraph>

The new species can be easily separated from the

species by the closed cell cup and the shorter cell m3.
