Antenna with 35 flagellomeres, first flagellomere 1.6× length of second; frons concave and transversely striate medially, laterally punctate; face densely, strongly granulate, 0.6× as high as wide, swollen medially; clypeus about 0.6× as high as wide, with deep, large punctures, subapical margin with small tubercle medially; malar space 1.1× as long as basal width of mandible; mandible with deep and large punctures, lower tooth of mandible distinctly longer than upper tooth, inner margins of eyes divergent ventrally; diameter of lateral ocellus 0.65× ocellar-ocular distance; vertex matt, coarsely punctate; occipital carina deeply concave dorsally, ventrally meeting hypostomal carina about 0.9× basal mandible width from base of mandible.

Epomia 1.5× as long as mandible basal width; pronotum densely striate, upper posterior corner densely punctate; mesoscutum nearly as long as wide at anterior level of tegulae, matt, with dense, deep punctures, pubescent, convergence area of notauli with two sinuous longitudinal carinae medially; scuto-scutellar groove with one strong median carina and two weak lateral carinae; scutellum with large punctures, pubescent, lateral carina extending to middle; postscutellum polished, impunctate; mesopleuron polished and impunctate medially, with deep, large punctures dorsally and ventrally, epicnemial carina sharp, complete, posterior transverse carina of mesosternum present medially; metapleuron densely wrinkled; propodeum matt, carinae strong, area basalis wider than high, area externa and area dentipara defined, area petiolaris polished, impunctate, pleural parts of posterior transverse carina present; fore basitarsus 2.8× second tarsomere; mid basitarsus 3.2× second tarsomere; hind leg with femur 3.1× as long as wide, 0.75× length of tibia, tarsus 0.8× tibia length, basitarsus 2.7× second tarsomere, fifth tarsomere 2.7× longer than third.
