This genus is externally similar to

in appearance, but it can be distinguished by the paler yellow wings, the elongated uncus that is longer than the total length of the tegumen, vinculum and saccus, the broad distal uncus that is about as wide as the tegumen, the valva with a fibula, and the posterior half of corpus bursae densely covered with small granules. In comparison, in
