. Telson shorter than last abdominal segment, 1.2 times as long as wide anteriorly. Lateral spiniform setae, subterminal pair about as long as or longer than previous lateral. Terminal spiniform setae 0.21 times as long as telson and 1.1 times as long as longest posterolateral spiniform setae. Telson apical margin truncated, without cleft, bearing two thin and rather long spinules, set apart, 0.33 of lateral terminal spiniform setae.

Pereopod 2 exopod 9-segmented. The species has considerable variability in cornea size, from being clearly narrower than the eyestalk (0.7 times as wide as the eye stalk) to nearly as wide (0.96).
