Diagnosis
. This species is similar to
E. shohki
Terayama 2006
by having dorso-lateral corner of head round; anterior margin of clypeus triangle; each scutellar pit separated from each other by thin septum; metacarpus longer than pterostigma. However, this new species has mandibles with five teeth; OOL 1.5 × WOT; propodeal disc 0.7 × as long as wide; whereas
E. shohki
has mandibles with one tooth; OOL 1.1 × WOT; propodeal disc as long as wide.

).
Color.
Body black; mandible castaneous, palpi light castaneous; clypeus and antenna black; fore wing subhyaline, veins dark castaneous, legs black except trochanter, basal one fifth of femora, tibia and tarsi light castaneous.
Head
(
Figs 67–69
). 1.0 × as long as wide. Vertex slightly convex with corner broadly round (
Fig. 67
). Temple profile very divergent anterad. Mandible with five teeth, upper four teeth sharpened, lowest tooth most large and sharpened. Clypeus with high median carina, median lobe rounded (
Fig. 68
). First five antennal segments in ratio of 1.9: 1.0: 2.0: 2.2: 2.3 × as long as wide in length; from scape to flagellomere 3 and flagellomere 11 1.9, 1.3, 2.3, 2.4, 2.6 and 4.4 × as long as wide, respectively (Fgi. 69). Frons almost polished, with sparse punctures, separated from each other by 3.0–5.0 × as its maximum diameter. Eye

Mesosoma
(
Figs 70–72
). Pronotal disc 0.6 × as long as wide (
Fig. 70
), coriaceous with very small, sparse, shallow punctures, dorso-lateral corner forming obtuse angle. Mesoscutum coriaceous with sparse punctures. Notauli narrowing and divergent anterad. Parapsidal furrows narrow slightly divergent anterad. Scutellum coriaceous with sparse punctures, anterior scutellar pit subrectangular, 1.7 × as long as maximum width, separated from each other by narrow septum. Mesopleuron coriaceous with deep oval fovea in central area, margin with groove. Propodeal disc 0.7 × as long as wide, lateral margin distally divergent, median carina reaching posterior carina, submedian area with irregular rugae, submedian discal carinae distally convergent, almost reaching posterior carina, sublateral area with irregular rugae, sublateral carinae present distal half of disc length, transverse carina concave in middle; median longitudinal carina of declivity present, lateral of propodeum coriaceous (
Fig. 72
). Fore wing with short metacarpus, 0.7 × as long as pterostigma; transverse-median vein angled medially (
Fig. 71
).
Metasoma
(
Fig. 73
). Petiolate and smooth. Terga 1–3 smooth with very fine punctures and few short hairs on lateral surface, terga 4–7 smooth with distal sparse long hairs. Hypopygium sclerotized, wider than long with concave basal margin and median stalk; apical margin slightly concave with median long hairs.
Genitalia

). Paramere with broad base and narrow apex, sclerotized. Basiparamere as long as paramere. Cuspis with sclerotized apex and divided into two short lobes. Digitus apex not surpassing cuspis apex. Aedeagus bottle-shaped with median part concave, apex not surpassing cuspis apex; apodeme with base mesad; basal margin straight.
