Comments
. The species is characterized by having 5 apical spines on the gonostylus, a distinct intergonocoxal lobe on the ventral base of the hypopygium and bare posterior wing veins. It is similar to
Ph. quadriangulata
Mohrig & Krivosheina, 1985
from the Russian Far East but differs by having five instead of four apical spines.
