Etymology. Named in honor of Ms. Emily Nadeau who obtained the highest mark in the weekly quizzes of Ent. 770 in the fall of 2015. Diagnosis. Body length 5.1 mm; ovipositor length/body length ratio = 0.6. Antenna with 31 flagellomeres. Scutellar groove with 3 longitudinal ridges. Fore tibia without thickened spines or pegs; mid tibia with 2 pegs; hind tibia missing. First median tergite whitish at extreme base. Second median tergite whitish in basal half. Figure 14.
