Diagnosis. Recognized by the medium sized, total length 4–4.4; general coloration yellow, pronotum and scutellum green, exposed part of mesoscutum yellow; vestiture of dorsum covered with sericeous setae, posterior parts of clavus and corium darkened with dense black setae; legs yellowish green, tibial spines dark without black base. Male genitalia ( Figs. 19–23 in Drapolyuk, 1980 ): Endosoma with a narrower, more strongly sinuate large blade, secondary gonopore situated the base of the blade; phallotheca with two keels at base. Host plants . Unknown. Distribution. China (Xinjiang) ( Konstantinov and Vinokurov, 2011 ), Kazakhstan ( Drapolyuk, 1980 ), Kazakhstan and Mongolia ( Drapolyuk, 1980 ). Remarks. This species was first reported for China from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region ( Konstantinov and Vinokurov, 2011 ). We could not examine specimens of this species, and the diagnosis is based on original description.
