Cyrtopholis debilis Franganillo, 1931: 170 , syn.: Franganillo, 1936a . Type-material: Holotype female ( IES 35 ) from Monte Cocuyo ( 20°35’S 74°57’W ), Havana , Cuba . Diagnosis: Females of Cyrtopholis unispina can be distinguished from those of other species by the aspect of the spermathecae, both receptacles having a wide base ( Fig. 19 ). Slight subapical constriction of seminal receptacles, similar to that found in C. ramsi ( Rudloff, 1995 , fig. 15), but the receptacle bases are as wide as in C. unispina . AME are the smallest of all eyes ( Fig. 18 ). Posterior sternal sigilla elongated and far away from the margin ( Fig. 16 ). Metatarsus IV very long ( 13.5 mm ), twice as long as tarsus IV ( 6.5 mm ). No projection on cephalothorax, such as hump ( Fig. 20 ), present in C. gibbosa , C. regibbosa and C. bryantae . Redescription: Holotype female (IES 35). Color (in ethanol 70%): light brown ( Fig. 15 ). Abdomen light brown ( Fig. 17 ), sternum and legs dark yellow. Total length: 35.5. Carapace ( Fig. 15 ): length 16.0, width 13.5, fovea straight ( Fig. 15 ). Clypeus narrow 0.2. Eye tubercle ( Fig. 18 ): length 3.0, width 4.2. Anterior and posterior eyes row recurved ( Fig. 18 ). Eyes sizes: AME 0.30, ALE 0.45, PME 0.45, PLE 0.45. Basal segments of chelicerae with 14 teeth each. Labium ( Fig. 16 ) length 4.0, width 4.5. Sternum elongated ( Fig. 16 ), length 8.0, width 6.0. Sternal sigilla elongated anterior and median near the margin and posterior distant from margin ( Fig. 16 ). Labium ( Fig. 16 ) with 69 cuspules. Maxillae with 78–53 (left–right) cuspules. Spinulation of legs and palp. Tarsi without spines. Palp: femur: v0, p0–0–0–1, r0; patella: v0, p0, r0; tibia: v0–0–2, p0–2–1, r0. Tarsal scopula: undivided on all tarsi and extended to metatarsi. Scopula on metatarsi: I and II 3/4, III 1/4 and IV absent. Spermathecae ( Fig. 19 ) with two receptacles with slight subapical constriction, with wide bases without any lateral branches. Abdomen ( Fig. 17 ): urticating setae type I and type III.
