Only Suidasia pontifica Oudemans, 1905 was found, on the unidentified Passalidae ( Philippines ) ( Balmes-Pacia and Corpuz-Raros 1998 ; Corpuz-Raroz 2001) ( Tables 2 , 5 and 7 ). In total, 77 Astigmata species have been found on the Passalidae (including those determined to genus, if there were no species identified for the genus, and listed as aff.).
