except forewing fork I variably located near or considerably beyond sectoral crossvein

). Male genitalia with pair of lateral spiniform processes between tergum X and preanal appendages; inferior appendages each 2-segmented, simple, with mesoventral plate developed between two segments; apical segment with diagnostic longitudinal track of spine-like setae on its mesal surface.
