Diagnosis: The species in only known in the female. Body length 7.0 mm ( Fig. 2a ); clypeus yellow except for an oval black marking at center ( Fig. 2b ); paraocular area yellow to level of antennal sockets ( Fig. 2b ), vertex with pair of lateral yellow stripes ( Fig. 2c ); pronotal lobe ( Fig. 2c ), scutum anterolaterally, axillae, and scutellum posteriorly yellow ( Fig. 2d ); the propodeum without a fovea behind the spiracle ( Fig. 2f ). Material examined : Xinjiang , Yanqi ( 41º00′N , 86º30′E ), 1 ♀ , 6–7.VIII.1958 , leg. Chang-Qing LI (holo- type ) . Distribution : China ( Xinjiang ).
