Diagnosis
. Length of body
2.1–2.3 mm
; clypeus without teeth; female with 23 antennomeres, male with 25 antennomeres, notauli present, sternaulaus present; mesopleuron smooth and shiny; surface of propodeum smooth with strongly developed longitudinal and transverse carinae; 2-SR+M antefurcal, longitudinal keels of first tergite segment long; metasomal carapace more convex in cross section and more obvious in lateral view; head, distal half of antenna and metasomal carapace except anterior part of first tergite black, rest of body yellow.
