Lycosa nemoralis Westring, 1861 . Diagnosis and Description. See Marusik et al . (2011). Composition and distribution. Four species known from the Palearctic. Three of them are widely distributed and the fourth one, X. sansibarina Roewer, 1960 was deemed misplaced in the genus (Marusik et al . 2011). Besides those three widely distributed Xerolycosa species , a new species, X. xinjiangensis sp. nov. is newly described herein.
