Diagnosis.
This species is similar to
S

hirticlavata
sp. nov.
in the face mostly yellow, black near lower margin, but can be distinguished from the latter by having the first flagellomere yellow on basal 2/3, black on distal 1/3 (

); the facial carina present; the pregonite small, with 7 or 8 sensilla, lacking long pubescence distally (
Fig. 45B, C
); the aedeagus with 1 pair of sclerotized and 1 pair of membranous lobe-shaped processes (

).
Description.
Male: Clypeus and palpus yellow. Mesonotum and scutellum yellow (

). Katepisternum yellowish (

). Halter mostly grey (

). Fore femur with 3 strong setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites yellow (

); sternites yellow, about 2 times as wide as long. Male terminalia (
