Diagnosis.
Body length
1.9–3.7 mm
; pronotal cervical area poorly pubescent with a few long setae; neck bare (
Fig. 13
); pleurostoma with semicircular blade anteriorly near base of mandibula (Fig. 24); mesoscutal suprahumeral sulcus absent or shallow and smooth at bottom (
Fig. 13
); female A
12 in
dorsal view transverse to subquadrate; A13 shorter to as long as A12 and A11 together (

); male petiole 0.53–0.59 times as long as T2.
Variation
. Occipital flange smooth or punctured. Notauli weakly sculptured at bottom to smooth. Suprahumeral sulcus shallow to distinct in lateral half and shallow medially. Propodeum above with numerous longitudinal keels to irregular rude sculpture. Female. Body length 3.0–
3.7 mm
. Wings 0.75–0.80 times as long as body. A10–A13 or A11– A13 dark brown. Petiole 0.28–0.32 times as long as T2. Anterior scutellar pit with 2–4 carinae. T5 0.83–0.59 times as long as T6 and T7 together. Male. Body length
1.9–3.2 mm
. A1–A12 yellow to brown; A2–A4 same color with A1 or A1 paler; A4 with keel extending to 0.50–0.56 of A4 length. Anterior scutellar pit with 2–6 carinae.
