Diagnosis.
This species is mostly similar to

in having the scutellum laterally dark brown in male (
Figs.
3
I, 4C), and in the color patterns of abdominal tergites in female (
Fig.
5
I, K, L), but can be distinguished from the latter by the color patterns of abdominal tergites in male (
Fig. 5
G, H), and having the aedeagus dorsolaterally with a thin process and distolaterally with an acute process (
Fig. 8
D); see lower that species.
Description.
Ocellar triangle brownish, with ca. 0–3 setae above ocellar setae. Frons yellowish in male, brown in female. Pedicel yellowish in male, yellow in female; first flagellomere yellowish in male, yellow in female. Clypeus yellow medially, brownish laterally. Palpus brownish. Mesonotum yellow (
Figs.
3
I, 4A). Postpronotal lobe yellow (
Figs. 3
J, 4B). Acrostichal setulae in ca. 8–10 irregular rows (
Figs.
3
I, 4A). Scutellum yellowish, brownish anteriorly in male (
Fig.
3
I), brownish yellow, black laterally and yellowish at tip in female (
Fig. 4
A). Pleura, katepisternum and meron yellowish to yellow (
Figs. 3
J, 4B). Wing (
Fig. 2
C): Costal vein between R2+3 and R4+5 distally with ca. 5–7 peg-like spinules on ventral surface. Abdominal tergites yellowish, only 3rd to 5th tergites with brownish to black patches in male (
Fig. 5
G, H); only 2nd to 5th abdominal tergites with black patches in female (
Fig.
5
I). Male terminalia: Epandrium pubescent near posterior and ventral margin, with ca. 8 setae near posterior margin and ventral corner per side (
Fig. 8
A). Paramere narrowed basally and apically, with ca. 4 sensilla distally (
