. Head and thorax muddy yellow, abdomen yellow brown, black are: lateral fovea, frons continuing with postocellar area except a spot on base of frons, inner part of inner orbit, dorsal part of antenna, three large oval spots each on mesonotal middle and lateral lobe, lower margin of parapsis, mesopostnotum, posterolateral margin of metapostnotum, apex of ovipositor sheath; antenna ventrally dark brown. Legs muddy yellow, black are: a narrow stripe each on dorsal part of four front legs from apical 2/3 of femur to claw, a broad inner band on apical 2/5 of metafemur, metatibia and metatarsomere 1 entirely, apex of tarsomeres 2 and 5. Wings hyaline, fore wing vein C, R1, 2r and stigma pale green, other veins dark brown.
Punctures on labrum, clypeus and dorsal part of head rather large, shallow and scattered, interspaces with distinct microsculpture and oily luster; mesonotum moderately punctured, interspaces shiny; punctures on mesepisternum minute, shallow and scattered, interspaces polished without microsculpture, strongly shiny; anepimeron with distinct sculptures, katepimeron polished, punctures and microsculpture indistinct, strongly shiny; metapleuron with extremely minute and shallow punctures, microsculpture dense, interspaces slightly shiny; mesoscutellum and posttergum polished, punctures and microsculpture absent, strongly shiny; punctures on terga minute, shallow and scattered, microsculpture distinct, shiny; punctures on outer side of hind coxa minute, shallow.
Labrum large, anterior margin truncate; clypeus sub-truncately incised to 1/3 of its middle length, lateral lobes blunt; malar space nearly 2 times diameter of median ocellus; inner margins of eyes parallel downwards; supraantennal tubercles indistinct; frontal area slightly elevated, distinctly below top of eyes in lateral view; median fovea ditch-like, reaching to median ocellus, lateral furrow shallow; interocellar furrow shallow, postocellar furrow absent; postocellar area slightly elevated, 2 times as broad as long, lateral furrow deep and curved; head distinctly narrowed behind eyes in dorsal view (

). Antenna longer than combined length of thorax and abdomen, flagellomere 1 about 1.1 times length of flagellomere 2. Mesoscutellum distinctly elevated, lateral carinae acute, base of middle carina of posttergum acute, apex round.
Hind
tarsomere 1 as long as combined length of following 4 tarsomeres, claw with inner tooth slightly shorter than outer tooth. Fore wing with middle petiole of anal cell shorter than basal anal cell, 2 times length of vein R+M; petiole of anal cell on hind wing longer than 0.5 times length of vein cu-a.
Ovipositor sheath distinctly shorter than hind tarsomere
1 in
lateral view, valvula 3 round at apex and distinctly longer than valvifer 2. Lancet with 21 serrulae (Fig. 84), base of each serrula flat, middle serrulae each with 2 basal denticles and 16–21 small distal denticles (Fig. 96)
