Larvae medium-sized: idiosoma 194–208 µm long. Dorsal : Dp medium-sized (DpL: 180–200 µm ; DpW: 136–158 µm ), egg-shaped, widest at mid-length, posterior margin rounded. Antero-lateral indents large, obtuse-angled, about 1/4 and 1/3 of distal plate’s length and width, respectively. DpW/Mp1-Mp1 4.5. Lp2, Mh1 smooth. Mp1-Mp1 short ( 31–37 µm ), shorter than Mp2-Mp2 ( 41–46 µm ); Mp1-Lp2 short ( 36–40 µm ). Venter : Median margins of CpI, CpII, CpIII 67–72, 31–34, 35– 40 µm , their ratio 2.4:1:1.3. C2, C3 bipectinate, relatively thick, C1, C4 pectinate. C1-CpIm ( 17– 22 µm ) about 2/3 of C4-CpIIIm ( 29–34 µm ). C1-C2 intermediate ( 42–46 µm ). Expp pentagonal, anterior margin slightly concave, somewhat wider than long. Exp located below plate’s mid-point and below E2. Palps : PIII 1 bipectinate; PV3 pectinate. Chelicerae : First segment elongated ( 70–83 µm ), margins slightly curved, parallel. Legs : As long as body; LI= LII = LIII ( Fig. 6 ). ITi8 thin and short; IITi10, IIITi10 smooth, located near mid-point of tibia. Hosts : Culicidae (Münchberg 1937) .
