gibbosalis
group
Diagnosis (

). The species group usually has three eyespots present along the outer margin of hindwing, sometimes the lower one to two eyespots reduced, only with a blurry trace. The eyespots are smaller the
peribocalis
group.
Remarks. The species group was reported by
Mey & Speidel (1999)
, including 9 species and 1 subspecies, then
Speidel, Mey & Schulze (2002)
and
Li, You & Wang (2003)
reported another 3 species. The species group is mostly distributed in Asia continent, except
E. gibbosalis
distributed in Indonesis and Phillippines.
