REMARKS. This is second of two species that have spots of infuscation in the distal fore wings, radiating infuscation in the fore wing marginal area and infuscated marginal area of the hind wings. It can be distinguished from
C. detoulgoueti
by the lack of bronzing of the basal area of the fore wing, the spots of infuscation in the distal fore wing are on the distal marginal veins rather than within the apical cells and there is infuscation on the fore wing cross veins in
C. producta
.
DISTRIBUTION. The species has been reported previously from
Bolivia
,
Brazil
,
Colombia
, and
Peru
(
Metcalf 1963c

). The species has been recorded from Curoïco in
Bolivia
(
Jacobi 1907
).
