Diagnosis
. This species is distinctly distinguished from other members of
Pseudoophonus
by having elytral intervals 1, 3, 5 and 7 with a row of discal pores, and pronotal basal margin not bordered. Ligular sclerite with apical plate and with several dorsal setae. Median lobe of aedeagus (
Figs 11–12
) without any distinct sclerotized element in the internal sac. Body length 17.3–24.0 mm.
