It was already reported from Morocco by Tixier et al . (2003) on Marrubium vulgare . This species has been mainly found on plant species of the family Lamiaceae . Nothing is known of its biology. Specimens examined: 2002, Oum Er Biaroad on Calamentha sp. ( Lamiaceae ) ( 23 females ), Beni Melal on an unknown plant ( 1 female ); 2003, Abjelil on Centaurea pungens (Asteraceae) ( 2 females ), Gorges of Zegzel on Marrubium vulgare (Lamiaceae) ( 7 females ), Ras El Ma on Marrubium vulgare (Lamiaceae) ( 1 female ), Cydonia oblonga (Rosaceae) ( 1 female ), Oued Nja on Marrubium vulgare (Lamiaceae) ( 4 females , 3 males ).
