Libythea geoffroyi eborinus is similar other subspecies of L. geoffroyi but differs in that the forewing dorsum of male has a bright white subapical band from Rs 3 + Rs 4 to M 3 . Forewing of female with a broad white band from costa to M 3 , a square white mark in the discal cell, and a large white mark spanning from M 3 to 1A + 2A. Type Specimens Examined. Samson (1980) described this subspecies from a male and female specimen, which he designated the holotype and allotype respectively.
