Diagnosis
. The species is similar to
F. s u l c a t a
Meyrick, which was described from N.

, and it is characterized by the male genitalia with a small spine on the ventral margin of the valva, and extremely emarginated on the caudal margin of the juxta. The female is as yet unknown.
