Newly recorded by Berchi (2011) from north-eastern Romania (Neamţ county). This second record confirms the occurrence of this species, and its trend of northward spreading ( Khatukhov et al . 2008 ; Soós et al . 2010 ; Berchi 2011; Petri et al . 2012 ). Furthermore, the author expects that several other records to appear. Distribution. Widely distributed in Eastern Hemisphere, including tropical and subtropical Africa, southern Europe, Transcaucazia, Iran , Iraq , Turkmenistan , as well as from Arabian peninsula to India and Burma ( Polhemus 1995 ; Protiċ 1998 , 2011 ; Katbeh et al . 2000 ; Linnavuori & Hosseini 2000 ; Khatukhov et al . 2008 ; Soós et al . 2010 ; Berchi 2011; Fent et al . 2011 ; Kment & Beran 2011 ; Linnavouri et al . 2011; Cianferoni & Pinna 2012 ; Petri et al . 2012 ).
