Diagnosis
. The species is superficially similar to
F. neacantha
Wu and Park
, but can be distinguished by the male genitalia: valva roundly expanded terminally, juxta not sharply pointed at laterocaudal apices, and aedeagus with weakly sclerotized, quadrate plate, not very narrowed apically.
