Anterior pole broadly rounded (Figs 740 & 741). Oval in lateral views, triangular in polar views, pyramidal longitudinally with posterior pole at apex (Fig. 742) Characteristics : Soft chorion; egg totally unmarked apart from rosette cells (Figs 740–742), aeropyle openings very small, inconspicuous (Fig. 743), present around anterior pole and narrow lateral sides. Chorion smooth with shallow undulations (Figs 743 & 744).
