Male genitalia
(
Fig. 27
). Uncus simple, long, curVed downwards at apical 1/3; distal section of ValVe with straight costal and Ventral margins, apeX rounded from costa to outer margin, but Ventral angle is slightly rounded; harpelike fold U-shaped, not longer than the base of distal saccular process; distal saccular process long (about apical 1/ 3 of the whole sacculus length), more or less broad, with apeX curVed dorsally, not reaches cucullus apeX. Aedeagus straight, short; Vesica with three subbasal diVerticula and one long and C-like curVed distal diVerticulum with apical spine; Vesica ejaculatorius situated subbasally.
Female

Figs. 10
,
12
). Forewing length
14 mm
. Forewing ground color dark yellow, with a row of 5 black spots, the middle one shifted outwards; hindwing pale yellow.
Female genitalia
(
Fig. 38
). OVipositor short and broad; apophyses long and thin, apophyses anteriores one and a half times longer than apophyses posteriores; ductus bursae short, narrow, membranous, with large, round, bulbous Ventral plate; corpus bursae elongated sack-like, narrow, membranous, with one bar-shaped signum; appendiX bursae short, bulbous, situated latero-posteriorly.
Remarks
. By the male genitalia structure, this species surely belongs to the new genus. The male genitalia structure is similar to that of the
type
species
M. cernyi
sp. nov.
, but the harpe-like fold is narrower, the sacculus apeX is almost straight and longer, and the apical diVerticulum of Vesica is longer, C-shaped and has an apical spine. The female genitalia differ from those of
M. cernyi
sp. nov.
by the shorter apophyses anteriores and posteriores, the much smaller postVaginal plate, the corpus bursae longer and pear-like, and the smaller appendiX bursae.
