Daohugosmylus castus Liu et al. , 2014 : 302 (by original designation). Diagnosis. HW broad with rounded posterior margin; RA area with at most six rows of cells; RP only slightly curved anteriorly towards RA in distal part of wing, RP with six branches before distal curve anteriorly; most vein areas subdivided with additional rows of cells in RP, medial and cubital field in middle part of wing; end-twigging greatly elongate with forks originating relatively distant from wing margin; FW unknown. Comments. The only known specimen consists of an almost complete hind wing. Daohugosmylus appears to be closely related to Ulrikezza and Laccosmylus based on the degree of secondary rows of cells and arched branching pattern of CuP.
