COLOMBIA : Bogotá (MNHN, 1). D i a g n o s i s: Black, except elytron with pair of yellow fascia, elytra roughly sculptured. D e s c r i p t i o n: Size: Length 6.6 mm ; width 1.2 mm . Form: As in Fig. 1 . Head: (EW/FW 20/60). Thorax: Elytral disc roughly sculptured; (PL/PW 180/180); (EL/EW 320/90). Abdomen: Aedeagus (Fig. 65). E t y m o l o g y: The species name, aspera , is a Latin adjective with a meaning of "rough".
