Phytocoris thisbe Linnavuori, 1999 .A – male head in lateral view; B–C – right paramere; D–F – left paramere in different views; G – aedeagus; H – spiculum (after LINNAVUORI 1999). Comments. This species was described by LINNAVUORI (1999) on the basis of male holotype from a western slope of Deno Mts. in the Fars province ( 18.–19.viii.1976 , Borumand & Pazuki lgt., deposited in National Museum , Prague ). In this single specimen only antennomere 1 was present. The new specimens allow for some additions to the original description. Their dark body colouration and colouration of antennae resembles Ph. bavanus sp. nov. The ocular index ranges between 1.12–1.17 (J) / 1.46 ( ). Proportions between the antennomeres are as 40: 84: 45: 40 (J) / 40: 81: 49:? ( ) ; antennomere 1 is 1.30–1.42 (J) / 1.47 ( ) times as long as the diatone and antennomere 2 (J ) is 2.63–2.9 times as long as the diatone and 1.67–1.71 (J) / 1.62 ( ) times as long as the basal width of pronotum. The male genitalia are characteristic (see Fig. 5A–H and LINNAVUORI (1999)). Collected at light in gardens and forests on mountain slopes and near small streams with Populus and Salix .
