Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous. Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 8:5:7:7:7:7:7:7:7:8. Head granulate; frontal line complete; frons without lateral keels along orbits directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 6; OL = 3; OOL = 5; OPL = 3; TL = 4; greatest breadth of posterior ocellus slightly shorter than OPL (2:3). Mesoscutum dull, granulate and slightly reticulate rugose. Notauli very short, hardly visible near anterior margin of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum shiny, slightly granulate. Metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc completely reticulate rugose, with strong; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels, with areolae about as large as those of metapectal-propodeal disc. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands or spots; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (1.5:6). Paramere ( Fig. 51A ) with small distal inner rounded process; proximal membranous process without mosaic sculpture and sensorial setae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2. . Unknown. Material examined .
