Description.
♀
. Fully winged; body length
4.7 mm
. Testaceous, except petiole black and metasoma darkened. An- tenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 21:13:71:28:24:20:18:15:14:20. Head shiny, slightly punctate, setose; frontal line very thin, complete; occipital carina complete, almost invisible on lateral regions of occiput; POL = 3; OL = 3; OOL = 24; OPL = 3; TL distinct. Pronotum shiny, unsculptured, crossed by slight anterior transverse impression and strong posterior transverse furrow; anterior collar slightly visible; posterior collar present; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, slightly punctate. Notauli incomplete, approximately reaching 0.65 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, slightly punctate. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Forewing with two brown transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much longer than proximal part. Protarsomere 1 about as long as 4; protarsomere 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw (

Metapectal-propodeal disc and propodeal declivity reticulate rugose. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of 2rrs&Rs vein much longer than proximal part. Paramere (
