Korthals et al. (2000)
reported that hemp was not a host for
M. chitwoodi
based on the nematode’s failure to increase in hemp field plots. This nematode had very limited reproduction on fiber cv. ‘Kompolti Hibrid TC’ and the Rf was well below replacement level (
Kok et al., 1994
).
