As the type locality we choose the origin of the holotype which is Georgia, Abkhazia, Sukhumi Municipality, Marukhi Mts. Occurrence data in Georgia. Abkhazia • Marukhi, Sokhumi Municipality; 1800 m a.s.l.; leg. M. Kalichevsky, 11 July 1905 (Snegovaya and Chemeris 2016). Global distribution. Endemic to the Caucasian ecoregion: Georgia and Russian Caucasus (Snegovaya and Chemeris 2016).
