Meek (no. 1753). From the Rothschild Collection. COMMENTS: Hartert did not designate a type in the original description, saying only that he had a male and a female specimen. Later, Rothschild and Hartert (1903c: 452) listed the type as the male with Meek’s field number ‘‘1753,’’ thereby designating the above specimen the lectotype . The paralectotype is AMNH 700586 (Meek no. 1754) collected on the same day.
