Diagnosis.
Ovipositor sheath about as long as hind tibia, ovipositor feebly curved throught, thin without apical attenuation; first discal cell of fore wing slightly wider than high; inner spur of hind tibia fully half as long as hind basitarsus; horizontal surface of T1 fully as long as wide, finely rugose-striate; T2 feebly rugose, slightly over half length of T3; scape dark throughout; and hind femur infuscate.
